omg i am such a jin (from Samurai Champloo) fangirl...he's so hot...*droooool* <3333
i suck at drawing jin though...i'm really not used to drawing such long faces and hopefully he looks a bit more masculine than my other guy drawings ;___;

This turned into a crosshatching exercise since his pose is boring and he doesn't look very hot here @__@;;;
i actually wanted to do smooth smudgy kinda shading, but it turns out i'm not capable of that and i'll always fall back into crosshatching and chicken scratch -___-;;;

you migth need blending stubs for that kind of shading, the smother kind, unless ou really work slowly and carefully with the crosshatching too, and really detail them. also the type of paper helps too. ^^

I almost fell off my chair when it slowly uploaded.... seeing the face then it kinda just zipped down from there. :clap: Good job-- I haven't seen how Jin looks like really, but he ain't as bishie or young looking as the bookmark characters, so I'd say you did a pretty swell job on it. :#1:
